I had an excellent experience working with Vlad Voskoboynikov, Certified Master Sales Consultant. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, attentive, and efficient.
Vlad really listened to what I was looking for and didn’t waste any time. There was absolutely no pressure throughout the process, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Mike was able to get me an appointment the same week after explaining that I was still having issues with the climate control system. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment, and the technician was able to diagnose that it was the air conditioner. Brian provided me a loaner car so that I could continue my daily routine. My truck was ready by 3pm and my climate control system was fixed!
Alway courteous. Always responsive. Always oriented to getting it right. I feel valued when I am there.
Marvin was fantastic! He kept me updated on my vehicles status and let me know exactly what was being done and when it was completed.

My experience at Douglas VW was enjoyable. My salesperson Vlad was professional and friendly. He never tried to push me into a deal. He spent all the time I needed to answer all my questions, and negotiated a fair, and comfortable deal. the paperwork that needed to be done was quick.
SERVICE WAS GREAT AND PLEASURABLE AS ALWAYS. MARVIN AND THE CASHIER WERE VERY ACCOMADATING THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND DOUGLAS. I ALWAYS GO TO DOUGLAS EVEN THOUGH I LIVE ABOUT AN HOUR AWAY.
Vlad, the sales person that helped us the first time we visited the dealership years ago was attentive, professional and able to answer the questions that gave us the confidence to lease a car there. We have come back to lease again several times and he has guided us through the process successfully. We appreciate he being a people's person and recommend his service. I give him five stars. My final rating of the dealership was instead four stars given that I believe the financing part of the process with a different person should have been smoother.
I recently had my car serviced here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff ( Mr BRIAN and DAVID ) were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Mr BRIAN took his time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that truly values customer satisfaction.

Very knowledgeable, capable and speak in complete sentences, one does not have to pry information from them. Front office management realistic in terms of completion of job, these people know what Customer Service is and they provide it.
