Douglas Volkswagen is committed to respecting the privacy of our clients, customers, and all website visitors. In order to provide you with the best possible service it may be necessary for to store information about you. However, we only collect information that you choose to provide us. This information includes but is not limited to your name, address, birth date, e-mail address, phone number, and sometimes, social security number.

If you choose to apply for a loan we may ask you to state financial information such as income history, amount and type of assets, liabilities, and marital status.

Sharing Information with Other Companies

In order to provide the products and services which you may desire or to provide you with information about the products and services that Douglas Volkswagen offers, we may share certain information about you with affiliate companies such as automobile manufacturers or finance companies. Douglas Volkswagen may share your information with certain service providers in order to make a lending decision.
